Pelvic floor therapy is a specialized treatment that helps improve the strength, flexibility, and function of the pelvic floor muscles. At Grounded Grace Pelvic Health, we combine this care with the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release technique to address restrictions, reduce pain, and restore optimal movement for both men and women of all ages.
MFR is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases restrictions in the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles, nerves, and organs. This technique helps improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore natural function.
People of all ages—men, women, and teens—can benefit from pelvic floor therapy. Whether you have pain, weakness, or movement limitations, our approach is tailored to your needs.
